AI that assists. People who decide.
How Kresynt uses AI, what it does not do, and how your data is handled.
Our principles
- Assistance, not autonomy. AI-assisted features produce drafts, suggestions and summaries. Qualified people review and approve.
- Transparent sources. Ask Your Data shows which modules an answer came from.
- Permission-aware. AI features are designed to respect user roles and permissions.
- No replacement for judgment. Kresynt does not make hazard, recordkeeping or return-to-service determinations.

Customer content and model training
Kresynt does not use customer content, including prompts, uploaded materials and generated outputs, to train or fine-tune AI or machine-learning models, or authorize its providers to do so, without the customer's separate express written opt-in describing that use. General acceptance of the Terms or Privacy Policy, use of a free account, or a policy change is not that opt-in.
Processing your requests
When AI features are used, relevant content, prompts and context are processed by Kresynt and its providers to deliver the requested output. Customer-directed search, retrieval, indexing and translation are service processing, not model training. Information about material subprocessors and their functions is available on request.
Human review
AI outputs can be incorrect, incomplete or unsuitable. Qualified people must review them before relying on them. Operational, safety, compliance and training translations require review by a person competent in both languages and knowledgeable about the subject. AI does not replace professional judgment or independent safety procedures.
See the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy for the full requirements, content rights and data practices.
